VITA

Stephan Hinseln studied law at the University of Bonn, specializing in labor law. He completed his subsequent legal clerkship at a municipal administration and at CBH, among others. Since his admission to the bar, Stephan Hinseln has been working for CBH as a lawyer in the practice group “Labor & Employment Law”. Here he advises nationally and internationally active companies on all questions of individual and collective labor law.

His specialties include, in particular, labor law advice in the area of public service law and in the area of church labor law as well as insolvency labor law. A further focus of his work is advising on the drafting of employment conditions, including complex contractual arrangements at the level of individual and collective agreements.
