Sebastian Hoppe is a lawyer in the administration & economy practice of CBH with a focus on the infrastructure and energy sector.His practice focuses on the advice of energy and public utilities on the planning and approval of large-scale infrastructure projects. Furthermore he advises clients on all energy- and property law related matters. Another focus of his legal practice is the legal support of investment projects in the construction an energy sector. He nationwide advises transmission system operators an investors on the drafting and the negotiation of project agreements with co-investors and public authorities.Prior to joining CBH in 2020, Sebastian Hoppe worked as a corporate lawyer for two major Ger-man transmission system operators. During his legal clerkship he worked as a trainee lawyer for a renowned German law firm specialised in energy law, a major German power supply company and the European Commission (Directorate-General Energy).
