Marcel Triebels

Marcel Triebels studied law at the Universities of Trier and Bonn. After completing his studies, Marcel Triebels joined CBH in 2019 in the team of Stefan Rappen and Christopher Küas as a research assistant and trainee lawyer in public building and planning law.He has been working for CBH as a lawyer since 2022 and specializes in issues of public construction law as well as environmental, planning law.One focus of his work is the legal project management of larger construction projects. In this context, he advises companies and investors on the creation of building law. In the context of the resettlement and mobilization of residential and commercial areas, he advises in particular on issues of immission and species protection.A further focus of his legal work lies in advising on questions of the law governing the alienation of property from its intended use.
