After completing her law studies and admission to the bar in 2002, Franziska Anneken joined CBH’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.In this area, she is primarily concerned with employee invention law. Her work focuses on questions relating to the allocation of invention rights, their protection under patent and utility model law and their defence. Franziska Anneken supports large and medium-sized companies in the organisation and administration of their inventions and has participated in the conception and introduction of numerous complex, company-specific incentive and remuneration systems.For more than 10 years Franziska Anneken has regularly published articles in the journal “IP kompakt”.
