Dr. Jörg Laber’s practice focuses on providing ongoing labor law support for corporate and public sector human resources work, as well as advising employers and representing their interests in all matters of collective and individual labor law before labor and administrative courts. A particular feature of his practice is his focus on the public sector and resolving specific issues relating to collective bargaining agreements and staff representation law that arise in the workplace. Within the framework of participation and co-determination rights, which can sometimes be difficult to navigate, he always finds the right way to avoid potentially significant unpleasant consequences. In addition, he drafts and negotiates collective agreements with and for the relevant employee representatives in order to optimize the realization of official interests, and also represents clients in step-by-step proceedings and in the conciliation committee.
