VITA
Dr Anna Fischbach studied law at the universities of Cologne and Krakow /Poland. During her studies she won the “Ben Telders International Law Moot Court” as part of the Cologne team in 2007. Dr Anna Fischbach devoted her dissertation to issues of property law in international law. During her legal clerkship she worked in two positions in large commercial law firms.Dr Anna Fischbach joined CBH in Cologne as a lawyer for real estate law at the beginning of 2017 following her admission to the bar,. Since the beginning of 2018 she has been working in the field of banking and capital market law at CBH’s Berlin office. Further focal points of her legal practice are commercial and corporate law, contract law and private construction and real estate law.
