Alexander Bungart

Alexander Bungart studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. During his studies, he acquired in-depth knowledge of public law. During his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne, Mr. Bungart completed his legal clerkship at a major national and international law firm. Here he deepened his knowledge of civil law and specialized in energy law, in particular in the field of renewable energies. In this context, he was involved in several major international (arbitration) proceedings in the sector of energy law.

Mr. Bungart has been working as a lawyer at CBH since 2024. The focus of his legal practice is on assisting in court proceedings and advising companies in the energy and utilities sector and the public sector on the development of major infrastructure projects and on clarifying issues relating to energy, regulatory, contract and property law.
