The Ship Cologne

The new company headquarters of the company Fond of ("ergobag") are to be built on the site of the "Alte Wagenfabrik" in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. In April 2016, the zoning decision for the 3rd construction stage of the North-South light rail system was announced. The zoning decision is deplored. CBH represents the City of Cologne in legal action and summary proceedings.

DEVELOPMENT AREA RONDORF-NORTH WEST

South of the city centre of Cologne, AMELIS is developing a building area of more than 35 hectares for around 1000 residential units as well as retail space. At the same time the construction of a relief road is planned. CBH accompanies both, the development plan for the creation of the building right and the plan approval for the road construction.

North-South light rail Cologne

The North-South Cologne light rail system is currently one of the largest urban development projects in Germany and was also one of the largest archaeological excavation sites in a Eu-ropean metropolis. The first construction phase extends from Breslauer Platz near the main railway station across the old and inner city to Marktstrasse in the south of Cologne. The lar-gest part of this approximately four-kilometer-long route runs underground in two single-track, parallel tunnels. The second construction stage serves to connect the north-south Cologne light rail system to the banks of the Rhine.

Comprehensive public law, public procurement law and construction contract law support of the construction project from the examination of the zoning decision to the awarding of the planning and construction works to advice and representation in numerous supplementary matters. Participation in the development of receivables and neighbourhood management and in the acceptance of the sections North (Breslauer Platz to Heumarkt) and South (Severin-straße to Marktstraße/Rheinufer). Advice and representation in the processing of the claim for collapse of the Historical Archive of the City of Cologne at the Waidmarkt track replacement structure.
