Tobias Gabriel

Tobias Gabriel studied law at the University of Cologne. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of Bonn with positions in Cologne, Bonn and Berlin.He joined CBH in Cologne in 2007 when he was admitted to the bar. Since then he has been a member of the real estate law team and is the contact person for all legal questions relating to real estate.The focus of his work as a lawyer is on real estate transactions and commercial tenancy law. In addition to drafting contracts and out-of-court advice and representation, in which he builds on his many years of litigation experience, he is also involved in procedural law enforcement. In addition, he advises on foreclosure and division auctions of real estate. His practice also includes advice related to the construction of industrial plants.Tobias Gabriel is the author of the chapter “Operator responsibility” in the book “Rechtshandbuch Facility Management” edited by Dr E. Najork.
