Sebastian Wiesenthal studied law at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster where his main focus was on legal drafting and dispute resolution. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Münster, including a postion at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Arnsberg.Since his admission to the bar in 2022, Sebastian Wiesenthal has been working for CBH. He is part of the complex litigation team and represents international companies in court, particularly in the context of mass proceedings and complex individual proceedings. Sebastian Wiesenthal is also active in the field of practical further development of integrated legal tech solutions.
