VITA

Pauline Zittel studied law at the Alber Ludwig University in Freiburg, specialising in European Economic Law. She completed her year abroad at the Université der Genève with a „Certificate in Transnational Law“. After her first „Staatsexamen“, Ms. Zittel became acquianted with fundamental European and commercial laws and regulations as well as decisions of the European Commission in the field of competition and energy law by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Groningen in „European Economic Law“. During her legal clerkship in Schleswig-Holstein, she gained her first practical experience in addition to her judicial stage at the Hamburg Economic Authority and at a leading Hamburg commercial law firm, which employed her as a research assistant.

Pauline Zittel joined CBH as a lawyer in June 2023. The focus of her work is on public construction law, planning law and environmental law. She advises companies and the public sector on construction and infrastructure projects.
