Nils Mrazek studied law at the Universities of Marburg and Münster.After being admitted to the bar in 2005, Nils Mrazek initially worked for a major law firm in Cologne. He joined CBH in Cologne in 2006. In addition to project-related advice in all matters of contract drafting and management, his main focus is on out-of-court conflict resolution and litigation before the courts. Nils Mrazek specialises in managing complex construction processes. Another focus of his work is the extrajudicial and judicial support of architects and engineers.Nils Mrazek is a specialist lawyer for building and architectural law and was a member of the Committee for Building and Architect Law of the KAV for many years. He is co-author of the book “Rechtshandbuch Facility Management” edited by Dr Eike Najork. Nils Mrazek comments on the HOAI in the specialist legal commentary on construction and architectural law (Glöckner/v.Berg).LEGAL 500 2017 describes Nils Mrazek as an “expert in building law and building disputes” and praises the Cologne team’s advice as “interdisciplinary and independent”.
