Mariana Borlido de Lima Ueckert

Mariana Borlido studied law at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and has post-graduate diplomas in business law (Fundação Getulio Vargas) and corporate law (Universidade Cândido Mendes).She worked as a lawyer at the law firm Pinheiro, Mourão, Raso e Araújo Filho Advogados (www.pmraf.com.br) from 2000 to 2017, and was since 2011 member of its management board. She still represents PMRAF in Germany, as of counsel. Mariana Borlido’s practice focuses on business law, contract law and M&A, especially in real estate transactions. She has been advising German companies in Brazil since 2004. She brings this expertise to CBH Rechtsanwälte and represents, among others, Brazilian and Portuguese clients operating in Germany.
