VITA

Lara Itschert studied law at the Universities of Cologne and Reims. She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne with stations at the German Foreign Office in the USA and at a large Cologne commercial law firm.Since 2016 she has been working as a lawyer for CBH. Her focus is in the area of public procurement law, in which she advises on the legally secure design of tenders for clients as well as bidders. There she assists companies in submitting bids and assists clients in exercising their legal protection possibilities before the awarding review bodies. Important areas of her work include the awarding of planning services and IT tenders.In addition, Lara Itschert also deals with questions relating to state aid law and grant law, the latter in particular within the framework of awarding contracts for publicly subsidised measures.
