Johannes Kühn

Johannes Kühn studied law at the University of Cologne, specializing in corporate law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne, including stations at a civil chamber for construction matters, the central public procurement office of the City of Cologne and law firms in Düsseldorf and Cologne.Since his admission to the bar, Mr. Kühn has been working as a lawyer at CBH. Here he advises medium-sized companies in all areas of commercial and corporate law and assists them in M&A transactions.
