Dr Julien G. Zinnecker

Dr Julien Zinnecker studied and obtained his doctorate at the University of Hamburg. Since his admission to the bar, he has worked for renowned law firms, in particular in the fields of intellectual property law and intellectual property rights.Primarily Dr Julien Zinnecker advises and represents internationally operating luxury goods manufacturers and service providers in the fields of trademark and design law as well as competition and copyright law. One focus of his work is combating product piracy. He is active both in an advisory and forensic capacity, in particular in trademark and design infringement and registration proceedings as well as in trademark opposition proceedings. In addition, Dr Julien Zinnecker specializes in the areas of media and sports law. He received his doctorate in these fields on the subject of audiovisual media rights in professional sports.Dr Julien Zinnecker is a member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law. (GRUR) He speaks French, English and Spanish.
