Dr Eike Najork, LL.M.

Dr Eike Najork studied law at the Universities of Freiburg, Munich, Bonn and University College London (LL.M.). After being admitted to the bar, he worked for two years in the Hamburg office of a US law firm. He joined CBH in Cologne in 2004. He has been a partner at CBH since 2009.Dr Eike Najork specializes in the nationwide management of project developments and commercial leases and advises on the development and letting of logistics, office, hotel and retail real estate.Another special feature of his work is consulting in connection with the construction of facilities for industrial companies. He specialises in arbitration proceedings in plant construction and is a member of the German Institution of Arbitration (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V.). (DIS).Dr Eike Najork is a lecturer at BECKAKADEMIE and co-author of the Kersten/Bühling forms book.
