Doris Deucker

Doris Deucker studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Leiden (NL). She joined CBH as a lawyer in November 2001.She advises medium-sized companies in all areas of corporate law – from the formation of a company to restructuring and corporate disputes. In addition to civil law issues, her advice also includes tax structuring. In addition, she regularly advises companies from Germany and abroad on M&A transactions.In commercial and business law, Doris Deucker specialises in the drafting and review of distribution agreements, including general terms and conditions. She also advises on all questions of international private law.
