Dieter Korten M.A. (UC Davis)

Dieter Korten M.A. studied law and management in Bonn, California and England.For more than 35 years has been advising companies on cross-border transactions. For decades he has been active in supervisory and advisory boards of medium-sized and family-run companies. Dieter Korten is arbitrator for over 30 years particularly in shareholder disputes and post M&A disputes.Until 2018 he was chief of staff of a worldwide deployed and joint armed forces command of the German Armed Forces, responsible for up to 14,000 soldiers and civilian staff.
