Andreas Haupt has been working as a lawyer since 2002. He is also a specialist lawyer for public procurement law and a specialist lawyer for administrative law and specialises in the areas of public procurement law, subsidy and grant law and public building law.Andreas Haupt comprehensively advises public clients on national and European procurement, in particular on the award of construction contracts, property purchase contracts, waste disposal services, building cleaning contracts, planning services and IT services. The focus continues to be on assignments in the fields of energy and transport as well as in regulated areas such as gambling.Andreas Haupt also regularly advises and represents bidders in national and European tenders and protects their rights in review proceedings.Also of considerable importance are issues of subsidy law in the context of awarding contracts for publicly subsidised measures and in the defence against the revocation of subsidies.Another focus is on the development and restructuring of residential, commercial, commercial and industrial sites.Andreas Haupt is co-author of several specialist books on public procurement law; he regularly holds seminars and lectures on topics of public procurement and subsidy law.
