Anika Lehnen advises businesses and the public sector on legal issues relating to the energy transition and the construction and property sectors. Her work focuses on the design of decentralised supply concepts and the implementation of projects in the field of renewable energy. In doing so, she combines advice on energy law with expertise in construction, planning and environmental law. She supports her clients from the conceptual structuring stage, through the drafting of contracts, to the approval and implementation of their projects. This encompasses issues relating to urban land-use planning, support with planning permission procedures, and legal advice on authorisation procedures under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG). A particular focus is on developing viable solutions for complex projects within a changing regulatory environment.
