Elvan Metin-Gürsel studied law in Cologne. After completing the first state examination, she completed her legal clerkship in Aachen and Cologne. Already meanwhile Mrs. Metin-Gürsel put an emphasis on the private building and architect right and was assigned in her civil station in the regional court Aachen in the chamber for building and architect right.Since her admission to the bar, Elvan Metin-Gürsel has worked as a lawyer at CBH, in the practice group “Construction + Real Estate”. She advises and represents companies, property developers and architects in questions of building and architectural law, with a focus on VOB/B and HOAI.
