Sybille Malchow studied law at the Universities of Hamburg and Heidelberg.
With her admission as a lawyer in 1990, she also started working for renowned law firms, initially in Berlin and since 1992 in Hamburg. There she specialized in insolvency law and corporate law. The focus of her legal activities currently lies in particular in the field of intellectual property law, primarily in the area of trademark law border seizure proceedings by customs authorities.
