Sara Boettger studied law at the Free University of Berlin as well as law and politics at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies) in London.
She then worked as a research assistant in a law firm specializing in public law in Potsdam and subsequently in foreign policy at the German Bundestag.
She completed her legal clerkship in the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development in Bonn, in an international commercial law firm in Berlin in public building and planning law and in an administrative reform project at the GIZ in Cairo, Egypt.
Sara Boettger has been with CBH since 2018. She advises and represents public corporations in administrative and constitutional law, in particular in municipal law, administrative organisation law, finance and budget law. A further focus of her work is advising and representing companies and public corporations in building and environmental permit and planning approval procedures.
Sara Boettger is a member of the Deutscher Juristinnenbund e.V. and the Gesellschaft für Arabisches und Islamisches Recht e.V. (Society for Arabic and Islamic Law).
