Paul Szynka studied law at the University of Passau with a focus on European and international commercial law. As part of his international focus he pleaded at the world’s oldest moot court on public international law and spent several stages within the People’s Republic of China. Paul Szynka gained different perspectives on commercial law during training stages in the legal department of an automotive company and at a major international law firm.
Paul Szynka specialized in intellectual property already before his legal traineeship, working both in a renowned German as well as a Chinese law firm. He has been linked to CBH’s Munich office already since its foundation.
The focus of his work is on patent litigation (infringement, invalidation and usurpation) on a national and European level as well as on competition and antitrust law.
