VITA

Jennifer Bender studied law at the University of Cologne with a station at the European Commission in Brussels. She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Aachen.

Jennifer Bender began her legal career in a commercial law firm specialising in food law, where she acquired special knowledge in the field of general national and European food law. She was subsequently able to expand her field of practice in a law firm active in the field of intellectual property and competition law and has been an attorney at CBH’s Intellectual Property + Media Practice Group since 2018.

She has particular experience in the field of general national and European food law, in particular in sanction proceedings. Jennifer Bender advises and represents companies in matters of food law, intellectual property law, trademark and competition law as well as media law.

Jennifer Bender is a lecturer in food safety at the Geisenheim University of Applied Sciences.
