Deniz Bilgin studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn. He completed a part of his legal clerkship in a Cologne law firm specializing in construction and real estate law as well as insurance law, where he began his legal career after completing his second state examination in 2008. Since February 2019 he is a part of CBH’s construction law team.
Mr. Bilgin is a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law and has relevant experience in advising and representing both commercial and public clients as well as contractors in all areas of private construction law in court. Particularly noteworthy in this respect is the advice and representation of the client’s side in various large-scale construction projects.
Within the scope of project-accompanying consulting, his main focus is on supplementary management. Deniz Bilgin also advises clients and contractors on all aspects of contract drafting and management.
His work also focuses on insurance law, with particular emphasis on property insurance and liability law. He is a successful graduate of the specialist lawyer course “Insurance Law”.
