Claudio Vogt studied law in Berlin and additionally the “American Legal System” in Potsdam. During his studies he focused on commercial law and won the “European Law Students’ Association Moot Court”.
Claudio Vogt was committed as the Vice President for Academic Activities of the international organisation “European Law Students´ Association (ELSA Berlin e.V.)”, which has over 50,000 members worldwide. In this position, together with his team, he led international projects, such as the “Humanitarian Law in Armed Conflicts Conference” in cooperation with the “United States Marine Corps Judge Advocate Division” (J.A.D.) under the auspices of the “German Red Cross – Expert Committee on International Humanitarian Law” and the Senator for Education, Science and Research in Berlin. In London Claudio Vogt continued his specialisation with the “LL.M. in International Commercial Law” at the prestigious “London University of Westminster”. In the course of his professional career, he worked in international law firms as well as in the legal department of an international DAX group.
At the Berlin office of CBH, the focal point of his legal practice is the public procurement law. In this field, he is legally advising national and international tenderers as well as contracting authorities for the participation in and implementation of Europe-wide tenders. Furthermore, he is assisting clients in exercising their legal protection opportunities before the public procurement review authorities.
