Cornelius Bartenbach Haesemann and Partners was founded in Cologne in 1963. We are today one of the 50 largest law firms in Germany of around 60 professional lawyers and altogether more than 120 staff.

We focus on 5 strategic sectors in Commercial and Administrative Law. Within these we offer the full range of legal services, handling individual mandates and also taking on comprehensive and continual supervision of projects or companies.

We develop legal strategies, draft contracts, conduct negotiations, write legal opinions, and represent our clients in administrative, court and arbitration proceedings.

We are the German member of an international alliance of law firms, IUROPE, and - together with our colleagues in other countries - provide cross-border advice.
