Since his admission to the bar in 1999 Volker Werxhausen has been advising employers on Employment Law, and since 2001 - in a network with foreign specialist law firms - also with regard to international matters and proceedings as well as staff deployment issues. He focuses on legal support in HR matters and the drafting and implementation of restructurings, acquisitions, company sales and closures under Employment Law.
Volker Werxhausen advises clients on all matters regarding Compliance under Employment Law, the prevention of liability as well as individual Employment Law – from the initiation of contracts to their termination.
He represents clients in legal proceedings throughout Germany and in Labour Courts of all instances.
Volker Werxhausen writes on court rulings for the specialist magazine “Der Arbeits-Rechts-Berater” and is the author of many specialist contributions on Employment Law in both German and English.
