After studying at Bayreuth and Bonn and having passed his second state law examination at Cologne, Ernst Eisenbeis has been with CBH-Rechtsanwälte since 1987.

Since 1991 he has been qualified as a Certified Specialist in Employment Law. Ernst Eisenbeis is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), of the Employment Law Study Group at the German Lawyers' Association and the German Association of Employment Courts.

He is co-publisher of the specialist magazine “Employment Law Specialist”, together with his partners Werner M. Mues and Dr. Jörg Laber joint author of the Handbook on the Right of Dismissal, co-author of the Munich Employment Law Handbook for Lawyers, co-author of the Frankfurt Commentary on the Insolvency Code as well as the Specialists' Handbook on Insolvency Law.

Apart from providing companies with general advice on Employment Law matters he specifically concentrates on representing executive officers, board members and managing directors.
