Dr. Thomas Gerdom studied Law at Bonn University where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr.) with a thesis on European Collective Employment Law. During his doctorate he was associated with the CBH Employment Law Practice Group as a research assistant.
After his first state examination he also worked as legal trainee for the HR-department of a public broadcasting company and for a business law firm in New York City.
Dr. Thomas Gerdom advises clients with regard to individual and collective Employment Law. He focuses on the legal support of companies concerning all HR-issues, from the drafting of employment contracts to the assistance in case of termination of employment relationships. In the field of collective Employment Law he has a special focus on the Law of Works Councils, both in the private and the public sector.
As a litigator Dr. Thomas Gerdom represents clients throughout Germany in legal proceedings with regard to Employment law.
