Dr. Markus J. Goetzmann has been working at CBH in the field of Employment Law and International Law on Employee Inventions since 2005. These areas of the law were the focus of his studies at the Universities of Bonn, Aberdeen (LL.M. in International Commercial Law) and Münster (where he obtained his doctorate (Dr.) with his dissertation on International Law on Employee Inventions).

Dr. Goetzmann (who also worked in a large law firm in Philadelphia after passing his first state law examination) provides advice on cross-border matters relating to Employment Law and the Law on Employee Inventions.

On restructuring matters he supports clients particularly with regard to the transfer of undertakings and also focuses on legal advice concerning all matters of HR support as well as employee inventions.

Dr. Markus J. Goetzmann is a member of various professional organizations, has published on Employment Law and International Law on Employee Inventions in specialist publications and also lectures on these issues.
