Dr. Falk Müller studied law between 1990-1994 at Potsdam University. Having received a Fulbright Grant he subsequently acquired his LL.M. degree at Miami University.
After passing the second state law examination at the Cottbus Regional Court Dr. Falk Müller initially worked as a research assistant at the Faculty of Law of Dresden's Technical University and also taught as a part-time lecturer in Banking Law at the Bankakademie. Since 1999 he has been working as a practising lawyer.
Dr. Falk Müller is a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law and is admitted at the International Criminal Court.
He works at our Cottbus offices and concentrates on Employment Law and Criminal Law matters. He also handles complex mandates in the fields of Civil, Social Security and Administrative Law.
