Alexander Brierley studied at Trier University focussing on Employment Law and at the same time completed a specialist language training in Anglo-American Law. He subsequently obtained his Masters Degree at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England, focussing on Employment Law. During his legal traineeship he also worked in the HR department of an international group of companies.

Alexander Brierley advises employers and employees with regard to individual and collective Employment Law. His activities at CBH have focussed on HR support as well as advice on proceedings dealing with the right of dismissal.

Another focus is providing advice to employers on questions of data protection in connection with the employer-employee relationship. He is the author of several specialist publications on Employment Law.
