Niklas Kinting

Niklas Kinting focussed his law studies at Cologne University on Commercial Law and Industrial Property Law. He finished his legal traineeship in Cologne and joined the Industrial Property Law team of CBH in 2008.
His legal work centres on the area of Technical Property Rights and Employee Invention Law. Here he advises and represents companies and inventors on licensing and remuneration agreements and also in patent disputes.
Niklas Kinting also deals with issues of IT and Internet Law. In this field he advises and represents our clients both when concluding IT contracts and also on data protection and copyright matters.
