Jens Kunzmann has been working for more than a decade almost exclusively in the field of Industrial Property Law. His special areas of expertise are on the one hand German and international licensing agreements and cooperation on research and development, on the other the Law on Employee Inventions. He also focuses on Trademark and Competition Law.
Jens Kunzmann studied law at Trier, Norwich (England) and Cologne Universities. Prior to his current position at CBH he was also working as a company lawyer in the field of Industrial Property Law with a large German pharmaceutical and chemical group.
Apart from his legal work he is regularly giving lectures and holding seminars – in particular within the framework of training German lawyers to obtain the qualification of "Certified Specialist Lawyer" – as well as publishing papers on various subjects concerning Industrial Property Law.
