After completion of her legal traineeship in Münster, Franziska Anneken returned to her initial place of studies, Cologne, and has been working there for CBH since 2002. Apart from the diversity of issues in the field of Industrial Property Law, it was in particular her interest in technical questions and solutions and the close cooperation with other professional areas which made her decide to join Kurt Bartenbach's Team.

In the field of Industrial Property Law Franziska Anneken is primarily concerned with the Law on Employee Inventions. She focuses on issues of attributing the rights to an invention, its protection under Patent and Utility Model Laws, its defence and successful exploitation.
She supports small- and medium-sized enterprises with regard to the organization and administration of their inventions and has participated in the conception and introduction of numerous complex company-specific incentive and remuneration schemes.
