Dr. Anja Bartenbach-Fock, LL.M.

After completing her studies and obtaining her doctorate (Dr.) Dr. Anja Bartenbach-Fock was admitted to the bar in 2006. Since then she has been working at CBH. Alongside her professional work she also obtained her Master's Degree (LL.M.) in Industrial Property Law at Düsseldorf's Heinrich Heine University.

Dr. Bartenbach-Fock works in the field of Industrial Property Law. Her activities focus on advice and representation of companies in Germany and abroad with regard to issues of Employee Invention and Patent Law.

Within the framework of Employee Invention Law she has specialized on the law relating to inventors as it concerns groups of companies. A further focus is Licence Agreement Law.

Apart from her work as a practising lawyer Dr. Bartenbach-Fock also publishes on various subjects concerning Industrial Property Law.
