Falk Newi studied at Halle/Saale University. Since his admission to the bar in 1998 he has been working in CBH's Cottbus offices.
One of the focal points of his work is advising clients in his specialist area of Insurance Law. Since 2004 Falk Newi has been a Certified Specialist in Insurance Law. Both insurers and the insured rely on his assistance, especially with regard to legally demanding and difficult issues. A further focus is Property Law, where he specializes in particular in Landlord & Tenant Law and the Law on Residential Property Ownership.
Falk Newi regularly works as a lecturer in seminars.
