Dr. Jochen Kotzenberg studied at Cologne and Lausanne (Switzerland) Universities. In the following, whilst working to obtain his doctorate degree, he spent time as a research assistant at Marburg University. He spent his legal traineeship at Düsseldorf and New York and subsequently completed the Masters Programme of Vanderbilt University (U.S.A.) concentrating on Corporate and Tax Law.

His legal work focuses on the area of Corporate and Tax Law and he also advises companies in Germany and abroad with regard to M & A transactions.

Dr. Jochen Kotzenberg teaches at the Rheinische Fachhochschule at Cologne and also lectures on Corporate Law/M & A.
