Dr. Gert Cornelius

Dr. Gert Cornelius, born 1930, founded the firm in 1963 together with Klaus Bastelberger.

He worked in the field of general Civil Law, Family and Inheritance Law, also the Law of Medicine, Banking Law and the Law on Professional Standards.

From 1967 to 1979 Dr. Cornelius was a member of the Bar Association Committee and has been a member of the Lawyers' Court of North-Rhine-Westphalia since 1979 (its President from 1995 to 1999).

From 1985 to 1989 Dr. Cornelius was a member of the Committee of the German Forum for Family Law.
Dr. Cornelius left active professional practice at the end of 1999 for reasons of age.
