Doris Deucker studied at Heidelberg and Leiden (NL) Universities. Since November 2001 she has been working as a lawyer at CBH.

Doris Deucker provides advice in matters of Corporate Law. Apart from wide-ranging advice concerning Company Law she also supports small- and medium-sized enterprises in Germany and abroad with regard to M & A transactions. Her particular areas of concern are Commercial and Business Law, specifically Private International Law, as well as the review and drafting of General Terms & Conditions.

Doris Deucker also advises companies and charitable organizations on questions of Tax Law.
