Christoph Naendrup studied Law at the Universities of Bonn and Strasbourg (France). Following his first state exam, he completed the Masters Programme of Sydney Law School, Sydney University (Australia). A two year period as a research assistant at the Institute of Trade and Business Law of Bonn University followed (Chair of Prof. Dr. Daniel Zimmer, LL.M.) during which he finished his doctoral thesis. Christoph Naendrup spent his legal traineeship in Bonn, Cologne and Paris.

In his legal work, Christoph Naendrup focuses on the area of Corporate Law including M&A, Competition Law (Anti-trust) and Commercial Law.
