Andrea Heuser studied at Cologne, Bonn and Paris (Panthéon-Sorbonne) Universities. She has been working as a qualified lawyer since April 2000, since November 2001 at CBH.
Andrea Heuser is a certified specialist in Commercial and Corporate Law. Her work centres on supporting small- and medium-sized enterprises with regard to M & A transactions, both in Germany and abroad. Her work with regard to Company Law includes organizational advice and also advice and representation in Company Law disputes. Andrea Heuser also advises doctors when taking over a practice or founding group practices and also deals with questions concerning the Law of Associations.
