Tobias Gabriel studied law at Cologne University. He completed his legal traineeship in the Bonn Regional Court district.

Since his admission to the bar in February 2007 he has been working in the Commercial Property and Building Law Team. His work centres on the field of Commercial Landlord & Tenant Law, Law on Residential Property Ownership, Private Building Law and Estate Agent Law. Apart from representing clients in judicial and extra-judicial proceedings in matters of dispute he also works in building management and assists in drafting contracts for industrial construction projects and property transactions.

Tobias Gabriel is author of the chapter on Operator Responsibility in the "Facility Management" Handbook, edited by Dr. Eike N. Najork.
