Paul M. Kiss already worked as a research assistant for CBH during his law studies at Cologne University and his legal traineeship. Since 1995 he continued his work as a fully qualified lawyer.
At the beginning of his legal career Paul M. Kiss acquired wide-ranging forensic experience through representing clients in many legal actions involving building and landlord & tenant issues. Since then he has focused for many years on advising and drafting contracts covering the entire area of Commercial Property Law (purchase and hereditary building right contracts including due diligence, commercial tenancy and leasing agreements). His day-to-day activities range from Estate Agent Law and the Law for Builders/Developers and include legal asset management, energy contracting issues and matters of Public Procurement Law when drafting contracts for plots of land involving public authorities.
Paul M. Kiss is author of the chapter "Rental/Leasing Law“ in the 22nd edition of "Kersten/Bühling“ and regularly publishes on Estate Agent and Industrial Landlord & Tenant Law as well as on Public Procurement Law. He is a member of the Landlord & Tenant Law Forum, the German Association of Specialized Journalists as well as the Industrial Property Research Association, amongst others.
