Markus Vogelheim studied at Trier and Cologne Universities. After his admission to the bar in 1998 he worked for two years in a Cologne law firm specialising in Building Law before joining Manfred Haesemann's Team in 2000.
His work concentrates largely on advising architects and engineers. A particular specialism is his expertise in underground building and the support of tunnel and civil engineering projects throughout Germany.
He is a member of the Research Association for Underground Transportation Facilities and has become known through numerous publications.
Since 2007/2008 Markus Vogelheim has been mentioned in the JUVE Handbook of commercial law firms as one of five "shooting stars in Private Building Law (up to the age of 40)" in Germany.
Markus Vogelheim lectures in Procedural Law at the Cologne University of Applied Science.
