Manfred Haesemann has been a member of the firm since 1977 and a named partner since 1985. During his studies at Cologne University he specialized in Administrative Law as well as Building and Land Law.

Alongside this he was active in local government politics during the period 1974 to 1984. Whilst there, he concentrated above all on urban development and town planning.

Once he started practising as a lawyer, Manfred Haesemann concentrated from the very beginning on all-round support of clients with regard to all building and real estate issues, both in the field of Public and Private Building Law. He is highly specialized in both areas.
Since 1985 he has been a Certified Specialist in Administrative Law. In particular he focuses on road, pipeline and underground railway projects.

Manfred Haesemann has been working for around 30 years on Federal, State and Local Government infrastructure projects as well as those of private investors.
