Dr. Eike N. Najork studied law at Freiburg, Munich, Bonn Universities and University College London (LL.M.). Since his admission to the bar in 2002 he has been working in the field of Commercial Real Estate Law, first at an international law firm in Hamburg and since 2004 with CBH.

His work centres on real estate transactions, commercial leases, construction, asset management and dispute resolution. His clients are project developers, German and foreign property investors, banks and industrial companies.

Dr. Eike N. Najork is editor of the "Facility Management" Handbook, author of the chapter on Landlord & Tenant Law in the Kersten/Bühling Handbook and regularly holds seminars on various legal issues concerning commercial real estate.
He is a member of the German Institute for Arbitration, of DIS 40, ICDR Young & International and LCIA Young International Arbitration Group.
